Former Food & Wine editor-in-Chief Dana Cowin explains the history of the zine + why hers, Speaking Broadly, is a unique immersive experience bringing together food, wine and travel with deeper meaning and our existence as humans.
"The idea really was to put two things that are never in the same place in a magazine together. And one was all the stuff we love like food, wine and travel...but the thing that never gets paired with that is how we feel as humans, how we show up in the world, what meals are meaningful to us, what do we care about, how do we move forward, how do we do good. So, this zine puts those two things together. The idea of uplift and taking care of ourselves and looking ahead—and celebrating life," Dana says.
