Is Kristin Chenoweth Going to Sing at Her Own Wedding? She Answers

Tony and Emmy award-winning actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth talks to Rach about her upcoming wedding to Josh Bryant + her children's book What Will I Do with My Love Today?

Kristin shares that she's sung at her fair share of events, from weddings to bar mitzvahs, and more—but when it comes to the singing at her own wedding, she says she plans to sit that one out.

"I know this sounds kind of weird, but because I've sung at so many weddings and wonderful events, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, confirmations, this wedding, that wedding, I'd really like to not sing and just enjoy the day," says Kristin.

And when it comes to the inspiration for her children's book, What Will I Do with My Love Today?, the idea actually came during the pandemic. "When the pandemic started...the question I asked myself was: what am I going to do with myself today? And Thunder (Kristin's pup) and I would go for our walks with our mask and then she looked at me and I asked: how are we going to show our love? Because we can't touch, breathe, hug—all the things we're supposed to do. And then it became What Will I Do with My Love Today?—and it's Kristi Dawn and Thunder taking on New York and the more love you give, the more you get back," explains Kristin.
