Patricia Heaton On Quarantine: Our Movie Was Shut Down, My Show Was Canceled … So I Learned Spanish!

"Everybody Loves Raymond" & "The Middle" actress Patricia Heaton opens up about the quarantine hobby she took up after her movie was shut down + "Carol's Second Act" was canceled during the pandemic. Plus, she talks about her new book Your Second Act + her ongoing inspiring work with World Vision, in honor of Giving Tuesday.

"We were filming a movie that my husband and I were financing and he's directing in Oklahoma City when the pandemic hit," Patricia tells Rach. "We only had five days left to shoot and we had to shut down, and we have not been able to get back there to finish it. And then my show was canceled, and then my deal was not renewed. So I just thought, 'I'm going to learn Spanish! That's what I'm going to do.'"
