Tony Hale on Playing the "Bad Guy" in Clifford the Big Red Dog Movie: "I'm not the best person"

Former "Veep" star Tony Hale admits he's not the warmest or cuddliest character in the new "Clifford the Big Red Dog" movie. 

"It's very cool to be a part of this live action experience," Tony tells Rach. "The special effects [are] nuts]. I play the bad guy, who's trying to find out the magic that made him big to use it for profit—so I'm not the best person in the movie."
