We Surprise Former Teen Mom Who Overcame Homelessness & Now Works With Daughter At Amazon

Sponsored By Amazon

These ladies have been through a lot. Tia was a teen mom who came out as a member of the LGBTQ community and ended up homeless. After getting back on her feet, she got a job at Amazon, where she works with her daughter, Alyssa — helping to bring the holidays to life, one package at a time, during this busy time of year.

Not only did Amazon help us surprise Tia & Alyssa with an Amazon Fresh gift card for their holiday groceries, but they are also arranging a $25,000 donation in their honor to The Trevor Project, which provides support for LGBTQ youth, including those facing homelessness.
